• 50% advance payment before project commencement
• 50% final payment upon project completion
• Monthly retainer services are billed in advance

5.3 Late Payments

Late payments may result in project suspension and may incur additional fees. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Once work has commenced, refunds will be prorated based on work completed.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, you will own the custom work product created specifically for your project. However, we retain rights to:

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. We provide a 30-day warranty on delivered work for technical issues.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by Either Party

Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days written notice. Project-based work cannot be terminated once commenced without mutual agreement.

9.2 Immediate Termination

We may terminate your access immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Fail to make required payments
• Engage in illegal or harmful activities

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, you must pay for all services provided up to the termination date. We will provide you with work completed up to that point.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of India.

10.1 Dispute Resolution

We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to mediation before pursuing legal action.
